SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by SoCal Flexographic Corp. ("SoCal Flexo", "we", "us"), 11839 Smith Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. By opting in, you agree to them. They work together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Program description

SoCal Flexographic Corp. sends customer-care and order-related text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in: replies to your inquiries and sample requests, quote and proof notifications, questions about your artwork or order, shipping and delivery updates, and account or invoice notices. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you separately and expressly opt in to receive them.

2. How you opt in

You can consent to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on a form on socalflexo.com, by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, in person, by phone or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your orders and inquiries. Most customers receive a few messages per order.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to any messages you send or receive. SoCal Flexo does not charge for text messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further texts from that number. To start receiving messages again, reply START or opt in again through any of the methods above. You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@socalflexo.com or calling (626) 888-3311; we will honor those requests too.

7. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major US carriers; delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and network availability.

8. Your privacy

We treat your mobile number and your SMS consent with the same care as the rest of your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
