Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of socalflexo.com, operated by SoCal Flexographic Corp. ("SoCal Flexo", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a form through it, you agree to them. They cover the website itself; the printing work we do for you is governed by the quote, order confirmation and invoice for each job.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our capabilities, request samples, send us files, open an account and apply for credit. You agree not to use it to send anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to submit information that is false or that you do not have the right to share. You must be at least 18 and acting on behalf of a business to submit our forms.

2. Files and information you submit

When you upload artwork or other files, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including any trademarks, images and fonts they contain, and that producing labels or packaging from them will not infringe anyone's rights. You give us permission to store, reproduce and modify those files as needed to prepare proofs and produce your order. You remain the owner of your artwork. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Quotes, orders and credit

Descriptions of equipment, capabilities and specifications on the site are provided for information and do not constitute an offer. A contract for printing is formed only when we confirm an order. Prices, lead times and specifications are set out in the quote and order confirmation for each job. Credit is extended only after we approve a credit application, on the terms stated in that application, including payment within 30 days of the invoice date and the requirement that claims be made within seven working days.

4. Proofs and approvals

Where we provide proofs through our online proofing portal or otherwise, your approval of a proof is your confirmation that the content, colors as represented, and layout are correct. We produce the job to the approved proof.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations, drawings and design of this site belong to SoCal Flexo or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in doing business with us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent. Product and brand names appearing in sample imagery are illustrative.

6. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages from us, the SMS Terms and Conditions apply: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

7. Links and third-party services

The site links to services we do not operate, including our proofing portal, our social media pages, and the forms we use to collect submissions. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time. Nothing on the site is professional advice about your packaging, labeling or regulatory obligations; compliance of your artwork and product labeling with applicable law is your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Flexo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability for any printing job is set out in the terms for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
